Hollace Cluny Finds at Milan’s Salone del Mobile 2019

With displays in both the main hall as well as a number of offsite events, Milan’s 2019 Salone del Mobile was one of the most exciting exhibitions in years! We’re very fortunate to be welcoming new artisans to Hollace Cluny and celebrating new additions from our established lines.

Arno DeCLercq and Giopato & Coombes are Hollace Cluny’s newest lines and we’re very excited to be introducing them to Toronto this spring.

Architect duo Giopato & Coombes aims “to create objects that resist the whims of fashion and trends.” Their lighting is representative of the labour of their hardworking team combined with generations of Venetian artisanal expertise.

Expanding on the popular Swoon collection, Fredericia has expanded the line to include the Swoon Chair, adding an appealing new upholstered dining chair to their collection.
Introduced earlier this year, Jens Risom’s A-Chair was  designed by Jens Risom in 1961, it is a graceful expression of an elegant, upholstered chair in a timeless design, boasting an A-frame in the back for added support and as signature detail

With its simple, unadorned silhouette and slender profile, Piloti in Stone exudes a unique kind of elegance.

Working with burned wood, patinated steel and rubber, it’s no wonder Arno DeClercq has developed such a huge following. Each piece is handcrafted by Arno, making them truly special works of art.

While his objets such as his Goblets and Babel Vase are grand, exaggerated and sculptural, DeClercq’s furniture appears to have naturally sprung  from the earth.

A lighting system with infinite interpretations, the LUNA is a synergy of color, shape, and refracted light. Inspired by a lunar halo, the modular light fixture grows in every direction as its assembly system stems horizontally or vertically, stacking color upon color of various blown glass shapes.
